Introduction to Contextual Insight and Innovation

Enrollment: Open A two-day workshop for social-impact entrepreneurs and designers seeking access to new sources of actionable insight and lasting impact. Day 1 Introduction to the core principles, mindsets, and methods of contextual innovation. Day 2 - Individual and group exercises in each of '5 Steps to Contextual Innovation.' Key topics include, receptive humility, contextual wisdom, expanding systemic relevance, insight conversion, and reciprocal contextual engagement. Students will leave the course with a clear understanding of foundational principles and mindsets that catalyze long-term organizational relevance and impact as well as the key organizational challenges, opportunities, and pathways that support an organizational culture of contextual innovation.
